p4/5 Health and Wellbeing Indicators
The health and wellbeing focus for November is ‘included’. P4 from p3/4 came through and joined us for these activities. We spoke about what it means to be included and gave examples of what included feels like, looks like and sounds like. The children then had 10 minutes to play together and had to ensure that everyone was included and no one was feeling left out. We really enjoyed having the other p4 children to visit.
P4/5 and P5/6 Dancing
P4/5 and P5/6 enjoyed having a joint P.E. session this afternoon. We worked together to learn a German dance called ‘The Waldegger’ and we also practised the Macarena and the Slosh!
P3/4 PE
Primary 3/4 are improving their netball skills each week. This week we were beginning to pull all our skills together to play against each other firstly in small groups then progressing into 2 teams playing against each other. Our next step will be to learn the correct positions and where each position can go in order for us to play a correct game.
We finished our PE session with a goal shoot out. Well done to Grace who scored a goal! We will be practicing our shooting skills to make sure we can all score!!
Book Week in the Nursery
We really enjoyed coming to Nursery in our pyjamas and bringing in our favourite books to share with our friends. We created a ‘River of Reading’ with the whole school which was very exciting!
