This term, we have been learning the months of the year in French. We used a song to help us remember the order and we explored the French months of the year, in comparison to the English ones. We noticed that lots of them were very similar.

We then had a small matching activity which we worked in pairs to complete.

This week, Primary 2/3 took advantage of the nicer weather and went outdoors for spelling. We practised writing our spelling words in chalk and drawing pictures to match.

We have started our new maths topic focussing on measure. The children were using trundle wheels, metre sticks and rulers to measure objects and distances outside today.

P4/5 have been taking advantage of the sunny weather and practising their spelling and reading outdoors.
