P4/5 World of Work

This year our school focus for World of Work week is ‘Expressive Arts’, today p4/5 discussed what this means and worked together to create mind-maps about music, art, dance and drama to show which jobs relate to these subjects.

P4/5 Tennis

Primary 4/5 children started developing their Tennis skills today through a variety of activities.

Holly – “I didn’t know that I could do Tennis, because the last time I tried it I wasn’t that good but I feel much more confident in Tennis now.”

Charley – “Last time I wasn’t very good but now I am quite good now.”

Julia – “I didn’t know how to hold the racket but I know how to hold it now.”

Rory – “At the start of the P.E. session I thought I was getting better at Tennis.”

Finlay – “When I went to P.E. I thought it would be boring but by the end I thought it was quite fun.”

Emma – “I liked being partners with Aiden because it was fun and he was good at hitting the ball to me.”

Paige – “I enjoyed learning new things and keeping my skills up.”

Katie – “I used to never like tennis because I thought it was super boring but now I like it.”
