Breakfast Club

Our first day of Breakfast Club was a great success! The children enjoyed having their breakfast at school and are looking forward to returning on Wednesday and Thursday mornings as well.

A letter was sent out informing parents about Breakfast Club, please click on the link below to find out more about when it will run, prices and food available.

Many thanks to the parent volunteers for running this club, it would not be possible without them.

Mrs Alexander will try to remember to take photographs of the children while they are eating and not afterwards next time! They all enjoyed their toast and cereal as you can see from the empty plates!

Dance Club – Memorial Hall Dance Festival (P4-7)

What another successful dance performance from our children at Carnwath Primary School.  The children in the dance club worked so hard sometimes rehearsing twice a week leading up to the show at the Memorial Hall.  The children choreographed the dance with just a little support offered to bring it all together.  So a huge well done children!!  I think everyone would agree the children had an excellent time.

Dance Festival at the Memorial Hall P3,4,5 children

Some of our children have been coming every week for the last few months to our dance club.  Together, they choreographed a street dance.  Some of the children performed this dance in front of other schools and a large audience at the Memorial Hall last night.  We were so proud of all of our children for creating such a fabulous dance and also proud of the children who performed this in front of the large audience.  Well done to everyone in the dance club.

Dance Club

We have a Dance Club which runs every Tuesday at lunchtime and children from P3,4 and 5 have fun each week developing their dance skills and are helping to choreograph a dance to their choice of music.  They will have an opportunity to perform this dance at the Memorial Hall at the Dance Festival in November.  ‘Britain’s Got Talent, watch out, Carnwath’s Got Talent!’
