Citizens of the week for 29th May – 2nd June 2017 are as follows –

Nursery – Aiden Armstrong for being an effective contributor

Primary 1 – Melissa Murray for being a good friend

Primary 2/3 – Cole Dunbar for being a responsible citizen and hard working

Primary 3/4 – Holly Frame and Rosa Muir for being helpful and tidying up without being asked

Primary 4/5 – Morgan Rieley for working really hard on her art for the art cafe

Primary 5/6 – Molly Stewart for outstanding problem solving

Primary 6/7 – Louise Brownlie for being very resilient and hard working in maths

Looking after plants

The children in the nursery like to look after their plants in the nursery garden. They have been learning the names of the parts of a plant and a tree and what they need to look after them. We like to water our new plants in our new recycled plant pots and we keep them in a sunny place in our garden. Our potatoes are coming along great too! We also like to play some online games to consolidate our learning on what plants need to survive.
