Primary 3/4 had a fantastic day out to Amazonia to add to our learning about Rainforests. The children were able to ask lots of questions and had the opportunity to look around the rainforest. Each child was also given the opportunity to have a handling session with some animals that would be found in the rainforest…they were very brave!!! We enjoyed some free time in the park after lunch.

On Monday 3rd June, two of our pupils went along to South Lanarkshire Council’s ‘Celebrating Success’ Awards Ceremony in the Town House in Hamilton. They were accepting awards on behalf of their classes for the following achievements –
Primary 3 – For outstanding achievements with their Hi 5 award.
Primary 4/5 – For outstanding work towards gaining their John Muir award.
Very well done to every pupil in P3 and P4/5 for their hard work throughout the term.
