This afternoon we spent the afternoon in the school grounds taking part in several team building activities. First we had to stand in a circle and take another person’s hand, then we had to untangle ourselves without talking.  Next we set up the slack lines and hammock and had fun using the equipment.  We then had to create a ‘perfect square’ with blindfolds on – which proved to be a real challenge! We finished the afternoon with a hot chocolate as a reward for our efforts. Today we used lots of leadership skills, we worked on developing our communication skills and encouraging others when they wanted to give up. We all showed resilience, especially when on the slack line and when creating the ‘perfect square’. It was great to see everyone step up to take on a leadership role at some point in the afternoon.
