Primary 3/4 put on a fantastic assembly to showcase all the information they have learned about Pirates. Everyone did well to learn the songs and their own words and put on a super show! Well done!

“I thought that I wasn’t very good at football at first but then I realised that it’s not all about being good that it’s about having fun too.” Holly
“I thought I wasn’t good at football but I knew I had to take part and try and I felt better and enjoyed it.” Julia

Last week primary 4/5 were learning about collecting data and creating graphs. The children worked in pairs to carry out a survey asking ‘Which Rainforest Animal Would You Rather Be?’, tally marks were used to keep track of the scores. We then worked together to create bar graphs on paper showing the results. Later in the week during ICT the children used Microsoft Excel to create bar graphs and pie charts on the computer using the data they’d collected.
Primary 4/5 have been learning about the story of Moses and the celebration of Passover this week. The children learnt about the 10 Commandments that God gave Moses for people to live by. They then worked together to come up with their own 10 rules that people should follow in life. We tea stained our paper to make it look old and each group shared their 10 Commandments with the class.
