Citizens of the week for 1st – 4th October 2019 are as follows –

Nursery – Layla Stewart for being a confident individual

Primary 1 – Mylo Wright for good listening and working hard on this tasks

Primary 2 – The whole class for a super assembly

Primary 3/4 – Jayden Findlay-Roberts for using his growth mindset towards trying again and not letting things stand in his way

Primary 4/5 – Nikolay Markov for excellent mental additions in Numeracy

Primary 5/6 – Louisa Dick for excellent effort in her homework tasks

Primary 6/7 – Eve Ramsay for always trying her best and participating really well in class discussion

Tuesday 8th October – Childsmile vising Nursery P1 and P2

Tuesday 8th October – Nursery ‘Stay and Play’ sessions for parents from 9am-10am or 2pm-3pm

Wednesday 9th October – P5/6 Trip to Our Dynamic Earth

Wednesday 9th October – Nil By Mouth visiting P6/7 at 10.45

Wednesday 9th October – Forest Group to Forest with Mrs Alexander and Mrs Shearer

Wednesday 9th October – Dance Lunchtime Club at 12.30 – 1.00 with Mrs Goodwin

Thursday 10th October – Parent Consultations – 3.30 – 5.30 and 6.30 – 8.30

Thursday 10th October – Fluoride Varnish for children in Nursery, P1 and P2

Friday 11th October – Flu Vaccinations

Friday 11th October – Harvest Assembly at 2pm

Friday 11th October – School and Nursery closes at 3pm for a week.  Enjoy your October Week Holiday and we will see you on Monday 21st October!

Nursery Outdoor Play

We have been having lots of fun outdoors this week. We went on an ‘Autumn Walk’ up to the magic tree. We made an imaginary camp fire in the Nursery Garden and made pancakes and hot chocolate to keep us warm!DSC01799DSC01796DSC01806DSC01805DSC01812

Star of the Week!

Every week staff highlight any child who has achieved excellence or who has worked hard in class or at home. These children are awarded a ‘Star of the Week’ certificate from Mrs Alexander. Well done to this week’s stars!
