Christmas Choir Performance

Our P4-7 choir have been very busy performing their songs this week. On Monday they performed for the school, nursery and some of our local community.  On Tuesday evening and Wednesday afternoon they performed for parents and carers and for the community. They sang four songs which they learned in their own time, at home and during lunchtime choir practices. They were absolutely fantastic and we are incredibly proud of them.

Their next performance will be at 11am on Wednesday 18th December outside the building which was formally The Wee Bush Inn. They will be performing nine songs for anyone who would like to go along to watch!  Please spread the word as this will be a performance not to be missed!

P1 Toilet Twinning – Thank You!

Many thanks to all those who donated at the Parents Evening in October to help Primary 1 to twin a toilet as part of their work on Global Goals.

Toilet Twinning is an initiative which invites people to “twin” their own toilet with latrines in poor communities. This is a way of raising funds to enable people in the poorest nations to have clean water and a proper toilet, and to learn about hygiene.

Pictured below is the certificate we received which contains a photo of the twinned latrine, its location and GPS coordinates.
