Virtual Tour of the School

Please click on the link below to see a tour of the school.  The videos are 360 degree rotating and if viewing on a computer, it is easier to let the picture rotate and then click on the yellow stars for further information in the form of pictures, web links and videos.  The white arrows will take you into another room.

We hope that this video will allow you to see how our school is currently set up to take into account safety and wellbeing measures during this pandemic.  The  circumstances are ever changing and we do not yet know what the situation will look like in August, however, this is the way the school is currently set up for blended learning.  We have no doubt that further information will be sent throughout the holidays and we will keep you up to date with this via our website and the parent app.

Thank you very much to all of the staff who have worked very hard over a number of weeks to make our school a safe and welcoming place for children to return to in these difficult times. We hope this video is useful to our children and their families.

Citizen of the Year 2020

Congratulations to Eve Ramsay in Primary 7 who is our overall Citizen of the Year for 2020.  Eve is a very helpful, caring girl who thinks of others before herself.  She is especially great with our younger children and is a fantastic role model for them.  As Medwyn House Captain this year, she has motivated the children within her house and they looked up to her throughout the year.  At Lockerbie Manor, Eve was a great support to her team mates, she encouraged and supported them all throughout. Eve, you thoroughly deserve this honour and we are very proud of you.

Congratulations to all of the children who were awarded Citizen of the Year awards for their class this year.  It is always a very difficult decision to make as we have so many kind and caring children within our school.

P7 Leavers 2020

Last Friday we had the Primary 7 children in for a socially distant leavers’ celebration. The children enjoyed pizza and some party food, signed each other’s school polo shirts and received their leavers’ presents and awards. Good luck to all the P7s who are starting High School in August and thanks for all your hard work over the years.
