P1/2 Traffic Survey

P1/2 have been looking at Road Safety as part of Ziggy’s Go Safe campaign.  We enjoyed carrying out a traffic survey to see just how busy the main road is.  There was such excitement when we saw a caravan which we didn’t have down on our list!

P7 and P3/4 PowerPoint

P7 have been working hard to create PowerPoint leaflets to give to P3/4 to guide them when using the programme. They had to split their information into relevant sections, thinking carefully about layout and presentation. P7 talked through the leaflet with P3/4 and helped them to make PowerPoints based on their topic The Romans. This was a great learning experience for both classes.

P7 Edinburgh Zoo

P7 had a great day at Edinburgh Zoo. They took part in a Rainforest workshop where they learned more about their Term 2 topic. They discussed and completed activities on features of the Rainforest, animals that live in the Rainforest, food chains and food webs. We got to see lots of the animals at the Zoo too!
